Trustful partnership with Prestolite
Our trustful partnership with Prestolite started in 1980 when mister Berman got into one of his first businesses: shipping and firefighter vehicles. We supply Prestolite alternators, starters and spare parts. Since 2019, BermanTec is also the proud authorized Prestolite dealer for handraulic starters, spare parts and repair kits, in Holland and Germany. This Handraulic Starting System also meets the SOLAS-regulations for the maritime sector. From Holland we ship the products all over the world.
High-quality products
Prestolite – also known as Leece Neville – sells products to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Besides emergency vehicles, it produces for trucks and buses (Mercedes, MAN, DAF), industrial equipment (Caterpillar, MTU, Perkins), agriculture (Claas – John Deere), as well as the military. Their handraulic starters are ideal for ship engines situated in remote areas. It provides a back-up, secondary starting system for Diesel engines in a ‘no start’ situation.
Besides, Prestolite is investing a lot in e-driving systems and is testing this new technology in cars and buses. Being future ready is something we highly value. It is the way to work more efficiently, without losing speed and precision.
