We’re thrilled to present our newest addition to the engine heating lineup: the EVRHEAT Series 20, designed with a focus on efficiency and reliability. Suitable for various industries including marine, automotive, and heavy-duty applications, the EVRHEAT Series 20 features enhanced components that ensure top performance and greater safety.

The EVRHEAT is a forced circulation heater with an integrated pump that circulates heated coolant through the engine, ensuring even pre-heating and reducing plumbing maintenance while conserving energy. This model includes integrated controls and sensors providing real-time status updates via an LED display, allowing operators to easily check the heater’s operation status.

The EVRHEAT Series 20 utilizes solid-state controls to respond to fluid temperature changes as small as 1 °F, resulting in consistent temperature and eliminating low-temperature alarms.

With potential energy savings of up to 45%, it significantly optimizes annual operational costs while delivering exceptional performance.

The new design of the EVRHEAT includes fewer mechanical parts and better heat flow management, which means less wear on plumbing and a significantly increased lifespan.

2. Safety

A highly requested feature from our global clients is improved safety and control. The EVR20 series now includes an LED screen that provides real-time feedback on heater operation and temperature, ensuring your engine is always ready.

Integrated controls and sensors automatically monitor heater and coolant status, preventing the heater from operating if there is a fault or no coolant in the tank, thus avoiding potentially life-threatening dry-fire situations in hazardous locations. For customers in marine, mining, and other enclosed engine rooms, we recommend the EVRHEAT model over our existing TPS and CTM models, which lack this automated shut-off function.

3. Accuracy

Using solid-state controls, the EVRHEAT adjusts to temperature changes as small as 1 degree (F), preventing over- or underheating of the coolant, which reduces plumbing wear compared to traditional models. This minimizes coolant leaks and shortens engine heat-up times. We offer the option to set the heater to a different temperature set point for larger orders, with a limit of 75°C. For those needing the flexibility to set up their own temperature range, please consider our TPS or CTM range.

4. Easy installation

We have simplified installation with an adjustable 180° swivel inlet hose barb, accommodating plumbing in confined spaces and facilitating easy field retrofits. The design remains similar to the TPS heater, ensuring that customers can easily upgrade to this new, more energy-efficient model, with inlet and outlet positions closely matching the previous model.

The EVRHEAT is utilized in power generation, marine, and heavy-duty machinery industries. With its IP66 protection, it features a robust, watertight design suitable for all vessel types, from yachts and pleasure boats to coastguard ships and tugboats.

We offer various models ranging from 120V to 240V for engine sizes up to 20L. Depending on your requirements, our models are UL, CE, or UKCA certified.
