Description	To be used with regulator: 3501-5025 Alternator needs external regulator p-type. Example: Delco Remy 50VR (+Berman 3501-5025). The external regulator does not have any light terminal tab and does not require any light terminal connection coming from the alternator side . Again, the alternator L light terminal is not needed for the external regulator connection. The alternator light terminal is L “run” type (active). It is not an “indicator light” output terminal. The L run terminal is coming trough the rectifier trio diodes. L run output voltage is like the B+ output voltage which is approx. 28Volt. The max amperage of the alternator L run terminal is 10 Amps. When doing the external regulator connection, please ignore the alternator L run terminal !

Description

To be used with regulator: 3501-5025

Alternator needs external regulator p-type. Example: Delco Remy 50VR (+Berman 3501-5025).
The external regulator does not have any light terminal tab and does not require any light terminal connection coming from the alternator side .
Again, the alternator L light terminal is not needed for the external regulator connection. The alternator light terminal is L “run” type (active). It is not an “indicator light” output terminal.
The L run terminal is coming trough the rectifier trio diodes. L run output voltage is like the B+ output voltage which is approx. 28Volt.
The max amperage of the alternator L run terminal is 10 Amps.
When doing the external regulator connection, please ignore the alternator L run terminal !
